Transparency in management sectors is considered a competitive benefits. It involves sharing information that one is preparing to share including uncomfortable one. Transparency suggests communication, openness and liability. Last year I worked within a Non Government organization where I found out that they had been require staying transparent by donors and other stakeholders so they can continue obtaining funds and support. That period the organization was experiencing an increased labor proceeds because administration felt that they knew what subordinate staff wanted. They thought that they needed an income increase although in actual sense that they needed better working circumstances (Stever, 2012). When they begin involving in decision making and transparency, trust and dedication increased. Opposing team of visibility argue that it is a bad thought to use transparency strategy exactly where information may be misrepresented, distorted or misitreperted. Being transparent may take a lot of solutions and more time hence which are slowing the organization process. It is asserted that agencies that practice full visibility are easy target of attacks and are also vulnerable to teams that feel alienated or perhaps underrepresented (Stever, 2012). Additionally, it a bad technique where the organization wants to keep trade secrets and other info that is exceptional. Another case is in managing of foreign negotiation and agreements. Diplomats believe that some degree of ambiguity is necessary in successful discussions. It is also a poor strategy to use in international governmental policies and monetary stability (Stever, 2012). For leader to exert influence they must be translucent in order to make respected decisions, creating means of adding them in to actions and creating support or these people.
