The other favorite is dwenjang jjigae, which is a somewhat saline bean curd stew with tofu and various fruit and vegetables cooked in it. I love spicy or salty food, which may make clear why the two of these foods are the best, and also for what reason I like sea food so much. Once i go to my home in Torrance, My spouse and i eat Korean food every day. As a result, after i am by school, I actually crave Korean food even though it comes time to consume the delightful food on the dining halls. Korean food style is not restricted to Korean food, but may also be incorporated into other types of dishes, such as China food. From my observations, many Oriental restaurants are owned and run by Koreans, so the food can be affected by Korean tastes. The laundry are made less greasy and spicier to adjust to the Korean taste. In these restaurants, onions with black bean paste, ellie chi, and pickled radishes called dah-ggwang, are dished up as small appetizers. There are even Chinese dishes that started in Korea and are right now served in Chinese eating places owned simply by Koreans: jjam-bbong (a hot and spicy seafood soup with noodles), and jja jjang myun (noodles in a black bean paste marinade with beef, cucumbers, and onions).
