With the increasingly globalized economy and climate of multicultural labor force, organizations is usually continuously employing and building desired key values to remain competitive. This paper is going to discuss easy methods to reconcile personal, organizational and cultural ideals in global settings. Personal values develop when the person start to communicate within friends and family, school or perhaps religious firm. The followings are considered the core personal principles in my life in person: goals oriented, respect, qualified and trustworthy. Personal beliefs will always be the foundation for each specific path of life. They are personal idea and idea for one to live by.
