Command can be defined as one’s ability to acquire others to willingly stick to. Every organization needs leaders at every level. A leader with vision has a clear, vibrant picture of exactly where to go, in addition to a firm grasp on what achievement looks like and the way to achieve it. A leader must be able to connect his or her vision in terms that cause followers to buy in it. He or she must talk clearly and passionately, as passion is definitely contagious. A good leader must have the discipline to work toward his or her vision single-mindedly, along with direct her or his actions and others of the crew toward the goal. Actions is the draw of a leader. A leader will need to have the trust of followers and therefore must display sincerity. Honest dealings, predictable reactions, well-controlled emotions, and an absence of tantrums and harsh reactions are all signs of integrity. An innovator who is centered in integrity will be more approachable by supporters. Openness means being able to listen to new tips, even if they do not conform to the usual way of thinking. Creative imagination is the capability to think in another way, to receive outside of the box that constrains solutions. Fairness means coping with others consistently and justly. A leader need to check all the facts and hear everybody out before passing judgment. A leader should be assertive to have the desired results. Along with assertiveness comes the responsibility to clearly understand what followers anticipate from their leader. A sense of laughter is vital to alleviate tension and boredom, along with defuse hatred. Intrinsic characteristics such as brains, good looks, elevation and so on are not necessary to turn into a leader. Any person can cultivate the proper command traits.
