The four points regarding giving feedback that I intend to utilize while providing my personal classmate reviews on their skills check are as follows: Equal rights – My classmate is known as a valuable and worthwhile man. Communication is mostly more effective when ever feeling of equality exists. We could both the same in every method as we are taking the Medical care Assistant system and have home lives. Supportiveness – There has to be an atmosphere of trust and mutual support for effective communication among myself and my classmate Positiveness – To send positive feeling to other people. My classmate needs to feel liked and accepted by me and then they will be more more likely to become involved in communication with me. Empathy – To try and experience as my classmate getting assessed issues skills check would feel and to try and understand what they are going through. 2 . From the five pieces of caring connection the two i utilized the most while rendering constructive reviews to my own classmate with regards to their abilities check had been supportiveness and equality. We utilized the 2 components as follows: Supportiveness – I believed I created an atmosphere of trust and shared support with my classmate by reiterating that my personal classmate experienced requested myself to provide beneficial feedback about three aspects of their skills check and that I would only give feedback on the 3 components determined. I now realize essential this is and I feel to some extent ashamed which i may possess missed this task.
