President Obama mentioned that, "[ISIS is] no existential danger to us. They are vicious killers and murderers who perverted among the world's great religions" (Obama, 2016). ISIS resembles an average state rather than a terrorist business, through keeping territory and region-specific income resources (Crawford, 2003). The president's decision to begin a surface offensive against ISIS illustrates the best show of power in modern history. As the reasons for likely to war are simply, the objective 's low potential for success makes the battle morally unjust. The bottom invasion has way too many moral obstacles and would further risk destabilizing the spot. The United States cannot peacefully end the objective due to regional spiritual and cultural problems. AMERICA stands as the best authority and includes a just trigger for initiating war. However, the shortcoming to install an agreeable regime in your community and having less coalition forces invalidates moral reasoning for the battle. The program for American armed service intervention against ISIS can't be morally justified and would permanently hurt America's standing up as the best authority. The Just Battle Theory goes back to the 5th century and defines the rules for justly conducting battle. Just War contains three parts: jus advertisement bellum, jus in bello, and jus post bellum (Moser and McDonald, 2016a).
